Pupil Free Days
Vacation Care operates during the school holidays. The Centre’s operating hours for Vacation Care is 7.00 am – 6.00 pm.
If parents have not enrolled their children in 2018, it is a requirement that you must enrol prior to your child/ren attending Vacation Care. Please click on the enrolments tab for further information or contact the Centre.
Fees
Fees will be charged weekly in Vacation Care. Please read your vacation care booklet carefully as procedures have changed. On page 10 of Vacation Care form direct debit dates are listed. Direct debit will be charged on Wednesday for the current week and a statement will be sent on Tuesday outlining your fees. The Director will no longer be contacting families and advising of fees. This amount charge is an estimate ONLY based on the CCB / CCR percentage that applies at the time direct debit occurs. If there are any changes in your CCB/ CCR percentage or CCB hours before or during the time we submit vacation care to CCMS, additional payment will be required and payments will be taken out by the centre if due.
